Hilong’s 2015 School Recruits Kick Off On-the-Job Training

Date 2015-07-17

(July 17, 2015, Shanghai) Recently, having completed military training, corporate culture, enterprise regulations, and other systematic pre-employment training, Hilong’s 2015 school recruits began their six-month “shadowing” on-the-job training.

This year’s recruits come from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tongji University and other “985” and “211” national key institutions, with most recruits having earned post-graduate level educations or above. They are the reserve talents for Hilong’s offshore engineering, line pipe inspection, marine and protective coatings research and development and other strategic new businesses.

“While invigorating internal human resources, Hilong is also introducing outstanding college graduates through rapid tutorial training and exercises. This is one of Hilong’s solutions to reserve personnel training,” says Hilong Chief Human Resources Officer Li Shenghong, adding that “in the next few years, Hilong will continue to strengthen its efforts to bring in outstanding college graduates to provide continuous human resource support to the success of Hilong’s industrial transformation and upgrade and the development of strategic new businesses.”
