(July 27, 2016, Shanghai) Recently, Hilong’s drill pipe production line in Russia officially started production. On July 8, a production commencement celebratory ceremony was held in Nevyansk, Russia. The milestone marks a step forward by Hilong's oilfield equipment industry in its international development, and will be beneficial for Hilong to further consolidate its leading position in markets within and surrounding Russia and continue to develop potential demand.
Hilong’s drill pipe production line in Russia is located in the beautiful Russian city of Yekaterinburg. Employing internationally advanced standards of manufacture and production, the products incorporate steel grades from 60.3mm to 139.7 mm, with annual production capacity of 15,000 tons.
The speaker of Russia’s Sverdlovsk Oblast Pasler, Minister Andre of International and Foreign Economic Relations, Minister Sergei of Science and Industry, and Mayor Kayoranov of Nevyansk attended the ceremony.
On the day before the ceremony, Wang Tao, Executive President of Hilong Group, visited Speaker Pasler, Minister Andre, and Minister Sergei to discuss in depth the next steps of development for Hilong in Sverdlovsk Oblast.
