(August 25, 2016, Shanghai) On August 19, 2016, a four-membered delegation headed by VALERIY M. MATSEL, the Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Shanghai, visited Hilong Group of Companies. They were showed around the Hilong Showroom, Tubular Goods Research Institute, Petrochemical Research Institute as well as the production lines for drill-pipes, coatings of OCTG pipes and line pipes, and oil casing.
After the visit, Consul VALERIY M. MATSEL spoke highly of the manufacturing capacity of Hilong in oil equipment as well as its level of research and development in tubular goods and chemical coatings. At the same time, he said, “The good relationship between China and Belarus has created a favorable environment for the collaboration between enterprises from both countries. Hope that both sides would exchange experts for further exploration and interaction in order to promote the mutual collaboration.”
Wang Tao, Executive President of Hilong Group, gave a warm welcome to Consul VALERIY M. MATSEL and his delegation. He said that this visit by the Consul General of Belarus in Shanghai had laid a good foundation for establishing long-term friendly and collaborative relationships between Hilong Group of Companies and Belarusian corporations from political level.
