(November 10, 2016, Shanghai) Early this month, Hilong Group attended a spectacular global high-end manufacturing industry event–the 18th China International Industry Fair. By actively participating in forum discussions and through off-site communications, Hilong expanded its contacts with host country Russia and other participating countries’ governments, institutions, and enterprises to enhance mutual understanding.
On November 2, Hilong Group was invited to participate in a forum under the framework of the China international Industry Fair 2016- How to Build Factories in Russia: A Discussion from the Perspective of Rights and Practice. Hilong Chief Sales Officer Mr. Liu Song reported on Hilong’s construction of a factory in Russia’s Yekaterinburg.
After the forum, Mr. Liu Song held respective talks with George Gemedzhiev, Executive General Manager of Development Corporation of Middle Ural, as well as Head of Chinese Project of Development Corporation of Middle Ural, representatives of the Titanium Valley Special Economic Zone, and the Chief Executive of the Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On November 3, George Gemedzhiev and others visited Hilong Group to meet with Hilong’s Executive President Mr. Wang Tao and Chief Sales Officer Mr. Liu Song. During the meeting, the Russian delegates introduced the Sverdlovsk oblast “Titanium Valley” free trade zone and related preferential policies to attract investment to Hilong Group. Development Corporation of Middle Ural has assumed the task of serving as the corporate spokesman of the Sverdlovsk oblast government and is a bridge between the government and enterprises.
Thereafter, the Russian delegates visited the workshop of Shanghai Tube-Cote Petroleum Pipe Coating Co.,Ltd., the Hilong Group’s exhibition hall, the workshop of Shanghai Hilong Drill Pipe Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Hilong Petroleum Tubular Goods Research Institute.
“Hilong is committed to becoming a respected and well-known enterprise in the international oil-gas industry, and internationalization is an important development strategy of Hilong,” explained Hilong Chief Sales Officer Mr. Liu Song, adding that “we actively participated in the China international Industry Fair 2016 and discussed Hilong’s successes in Russia.” He continued, saying that “Hilong is also very pleased to have the opportunity to further communicate with government agencies and potential markets.”
With the theme of “Innovative, Smart, and Green”, this year’s China International Industry Fair was held in Shanghai from November 1-5, 2016. For the first time, the exhibition introduced the mechanism of guest of honor, and Russia was invited as the guest of honor. This year’s exhibition is to become an important platform for economic and trade development between China and Russia.
